Within 15 days - You must return the product within 15 days of purchase:
Our policy is valid for 15 days. If 15 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several items are free of return. Food, flowers, newspapers, magazines and other perishables cannot be returned or exchanged. We also do not accept products that are intimacy or hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
In order to complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only a partial refund is granted (if applicable).
Books with clear signs of use
Open CDS, DVDS, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records
The reason any item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts is not due to our fault
Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery

Refund (if applicable)
Once we have received and reviewed your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within any applicable return days applied by your bank.

Overdue or lost refund (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, which may take some time before your refund is officially announced.

Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items are refundable, unfortunately, sales items are not.

Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged goods. If you need to replace the same item, please email  xutiansheng5555@Gmail.com with eligible photo proof and send the item to:

If the item is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once returned items are received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver sends the order to themselves before giving it to you, we will refund the giver and he will be aware of your return.

If you're shipping items over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
